These terms apply to all users of DentalFlow LK dental clinic management software. By using the system, you agree to these terms.
DentalFlow LK provides a web-based dental clinic management system including appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, treatment records and SMS appointment reminders.
New users may request a 30-day free trial. The trial provides full access to the selected plan. No payment or card details are required to start the trial. We may contact you to arrange setup and a product walkthrough.
We currently offer two plans: Standard and Standard Plus. Both plans include the same clinic management features. The Standard plan includes 500 SMS messages per month. The Standard Plus plan includes 1,000 SMS messages per month. Monthly and yearly billing options are available. All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees.
Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance which resets at the start of each billing cycle. If the SMS allowance is used, additional SMS top-ups can be discussed separately. We do not guarantee delivery of SMS messages as delivery depends on the mobile network provider.
After the free trial, continued use of the system requires an active subscription. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed before the subscription starts.
You retain full ownership of all patient data and clinic information entered into the system. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Patient data is stored securely on our infrastructure.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Staff access can be configured according to the user roles available in the clinic application.
You agree not to use the system for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to access other users' data or interfere with system operations.
We provide the system on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from the use of the system.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
